NPV Staffing, LLC (Chicago, IL) seeks Sr. Data Modeler. Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, data loading and security. Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure to refine system performance and functionality. Work collaboratively to implement architectural improvements and engineering platform processes. Interface with key stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of the business, and translate to detailed design specifications. Adhere to and inform data architecture processes, standards and guidelines. Proactively investigate and troubleshoot technical challenges and direct corrective action. Identify potential design process and/or system changes to optimize performance and mitigate risks. Work in agile environment creating, updating stories in Jira and identify impediments. Req: M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related/equivalent. 6 months as a Data Modeler, Data Architect, DBA, Project Engineer or related. 6 months’ experience with HTML, JSP, SQL and PLSQL required.
